is a Professional Security, Cleaning and Cash boys Services provider and a member of the Association of Private Security of Ghana (APSOG) established in the year 1997 with the main objective of Securing Safe Environment for Financial Institutions, Banks, Industrial Installations and Residential areas. It is the policy of the company to ensure effective delivery of services to our clientele and proper reporting system in place for successful monitoring and evaluation of our services to our precious clientele, The Hull mark which is the fulcrum of our service delivery is our security consciousness which requires us to remain focused and vigilant, alert at all times, both inside and around our premises or jurisdiction of operation. Home Security

Making sure your home is safe is a huge responsibility. While we strongly advocate for the use of security systems, our countless tests have shown that simply having one doesn’t guarantee complete safety and security from burglars and home invaders. We have to make a complete lifestyle overhaul and make key changes to make our homes as secure as it can be.

CASH ASSISTANT

We provide Cash Assistant in banks to handle over - the - counter cash transactions with customers, including receiving deposits, processing withdrawals, and ensuring accurate cash handling, while maintaining a balanced cash drawer and adhering to strict security and compliance procedures. Assisting with the distribution and collection of cash before and after matches.

Office Security

Mabot security Services put measures in place to protect people, assets, and intellectual property from physical and digital threats. These threats can come in different forms, ranging from theft, violence, and vandalism to digital security risks such as cyberattacks, data breaches, and hacking. We do provide well trained guards to protect your office from the list above.

Bodyguard

We protect clients (individuals or groups known as principals) from threats, such as kidnapping, injury, violence, physical attacks, terrorism and other harmful situations. We provide guard for a client, keeping them safe from physical threats like assault, theft, kidnapping, or assassination. We do protect the client's belongings and privacy at the client's request.

PROFILE OF KEY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL ARE AS FOLLOWS


PS. KWAME BOATENG-SARPONG- MANAGING DIRECTOR

He is the Managing Director of the company and the Vice Chairman of Association of Private Security Services of Ghana (APSOG). He holds Master’s Degree in Master of Business Administration at (Maastricht Business and Management School). From 1986 to 1990, he served as Bursar at the Good Foundation Preparatory School at Sunyani. In 1991 he was transferred to and worked as the Accounts Officer of Subinso Agricultural Project under the management of the German Development Service. In 1997 he worked at Mancells Girls vocational Institute in Kumasi and later became Development Service Officer at the German Development Service before joining Agate Enterprise and Transport Services Limited. He served in various capacities at Agate and his last position was Special Assistant to the Managing Director. In 2002 he was seconded to Agate- Mabot Company Limited where he served in various capacities, the most current one being the General Manager for over five (5) years.


WO1 (RTD) – AHLAJI KAMARU BELLO- GENERAL MANAGER

He is the General Manager of the Company. He was retired Warrant OFFICER CLASS I in the Ghana Armed Forces after Thirty Six (36) years of service. He was decorated with long services and good conduct Medal in the Ghana Armed Forces. During his service in the Ghana Armed Forces he served the United Nations Peace Keeping Force in various capacities as indicated below: • United Nations Peace Keeping Force in Lebanon on 3 different occasions as Food Warrant Officer • United Nations peace keeping Force in Cambodia and Rwanda as Food Warrant Officer


MR. DANIEL KORTEY

He is the Operations Manager of Mabot Security Services Ltd. Prior to joining Mabot Security Services; he worked at Chirano D/A J.H.S as subject Teacher in Bibiani District. He is an HND holder in Purchasing and Supply from Takoradi Polytechnic and also as Degree holder in Business Administration (Logistic and Supply Chain Management). Again, he acquired a master’s degree; MSc. Logistic and supply Chain Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
